Return & Refund Policy

The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. This period starts when the ordered goods have been delivered. The customer must prove that the goods were returned on time (no later than 14 days after delivery). The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. Return of goods must be done in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used or damaged in any way, the right to terminate under this paragraph is expired.

  • Timepiece Bank confirms the cancellation of the sale after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and ensures that within 14 days after receipt of the complete return, the full purchase price is fully repaid, free of charge, to the customer.
  • Refunds are processed as promptly as possible.  Returns volume is unpredictable in seasonal periods - most refunds are processed on the day of receipt, but please allow up to a maximum 14 days for the refund to be complete.
  • Items which have been worn are not eligible under this refund policy. You may try the product on, but not wear it to be eligible for a refund.
  • If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), the customer must notify Timepiece Bank within 24 hours.
