Article 1. General terms

1.1       The terms and conditions for use of the Timepiece Bank website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

1.2       Any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions

1.3       If any portion of these terms is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, the terms shall be considered as if such provision had not been part of it.

1.4       Before you place an order you should read the Delivery Information and Returns Policy .


Article 2. Offers

2.1       All offers are without obligation, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Timepiece Bank.

2.2       Timepiece bank is only bound to deliver the goods or services after sending a confirmation email of the order. Actual performance by Timepiece Bank or an invoice sent by Timepiece Bank equals a written confirmation of the offer.

2.3       If, within 8 days after the confirmation of the order, its correctness is not disputed by written notice, both Timepiece Bank and the customer are bound by the execution of the transaction.

2.4       Offers of Timepiece Bank do not automatically apply to reorders.

2.5       On occasion, an item may be mispriced. If the customer purchases a mispriced item, Timepiece Bank reserves the right to cancel the contract and relists the product at the correct price.

2.6       Additions, modifications and / or other agreements are not binding without written consent of both parties.


Article 3. Prices and Charges

3.1       All prices are, unless otherwise indicated, in euros, including tax (VAT).

3.2       Timepiece Bank guarantees that price increases after the confirmation won’t apply, unless the price increase is imposed by law.

3.3       All delivery charges are shown as a separate line item on the order summary page.

3.4       Timepiece Bank reserves the right to charge administrative costs in case of changes to the original invoicing format after the delivery has taken place.

Article 4. Orders

4.1       When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be ‘pending’ ready for us to ‘collect’ when we dispatch your order.

4.2       Pending funds means the amount of authorized money is set aside, away from your available balance and the amount is not debited completely until the day of dispatch. 

4.3       Goods will not be dispatched until payment collection has been successful.

4.4       Whilst Timepiece Bank is under no obligation to accept your order, the order is normally accepted where:

4.4.1    the product is available;
4.4.2    the order reflects current pricing;
4.4.3    the credit card/debit card payment is approved and;
4.4.4    the order passes our verification checks.

4.5       Timepiece Bank works with many brands, in case a watch is not on stock, it is always possible to order the desired model (1-2 weeks depending on the watch).

Article 5. Delivery

5.1       If the customer has selected a residential or business address for delivery, and received the order confirmation, the delivery will be due within 48 hours for Europe and within 96 hours outside of Europe during weekdays after payment reception (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

5.2       If the order has not been received within the agreed times (see your dispatch note for confirmation of this) then the customer will be able to contact the insured courier service to track the order.

5.2       All orders received online at Timepiece Bank are processed and, depending on stock availability, dispatched as promptly as possible and at least within 15 days. If this is not possible (because the ordered watch is out of stock or no longer available), or if there is another reason for delay, or an order cannot or can only be partially executed, the consumer is entitled, within 1 month, to cancelling the order, without penalty. 

Article 6. Returns and the cooling off period

6.1       Please ensure you have read our refund and returns policy and understand it fully. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6.2       Refunds are processed as promptly as possible.  Returns volume is unpredictable in seasonal periods - most refunds are processed on the day of receipt, but please allow up to a maximum 14 days for the refund to be complete.

6.3       Items which have been worn are not eligible under this refund policy. You may try the product on, but not wear it to be eligible for a refund.

6.4       If a visual defect is found with the item(s) on arrival (out of the box), the customer must notify Timepiece Bank within 24 hours.

Article 7. Intellectual property rights

7.1       Timepiece Bank is not an official dealer of the products we sell and has no affiliation with the manufacturers. All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7.2       All text and images on this website remains either the copyright of Timepiece Bank, or the copyright of the watch manufacturer.  Usage of any of this material is prohibited, unless authorized by the copyright holder.

7.3       If you are unsure of anything stated in these terms and conditions, or you have any questions, then you should contact Timepiece Bank before making a purchase.

Article 8. Privacy

8.1       Timepiece Bank only stores necessary information required to make a purchase. Your credit card information is not stored by us and is always processed across a secure server.

8.2       Timepiece Bank does not sell or lease any of your personal information.  All information left with Timepiece Bank is entirely confidential.

8.3       You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter in the checkout, and this information is not used for any purpose

Article 9. Force Majeure

9.1       Force majeure means, in addition to that which is understood in law and jurisprudence, all circumstances beyond the will of Timepiece Bank which hamper or prevent the delivery of goods (including but not limited to strikes at Timepiece Bank and / or its suppliers, malfunctions of the internet connection or WAP, electricity malfunctions, failures in e-mail traffic and malfunctions or changes in technology provided by any third party).

9.2       If the period in which the fulfillment of the obligation is prevented lasts longer than 14 days, both parties are entitled to terminate the agreement, without penalties.

Article 10. Guarantee

10.1     Timepiece Bank offers the same warranty on goods as the manufacturer of the goods, with a minimum period of 2 years.

10.2     Timepiece Bank guarantees that all watches are brand new (unless otherwise indicated), authentic, with all original documents and packaging.

10.3     The customer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt. If the delivered item is not correct, is inadequate or incomplete, the customer is to report these defects immediately, in writing (before proceeding to return the goods to Timepiece bank). Further details are to be found in our returns policy.

Article 11. Retention of Title

11.1     Title to the goods shall remain vested in Timepiece bank and shall not pass to the customer until the purchase price for the goods has been paid in full and received by Timepiece Bank.

11.2     Irrespective of whether title to {the Goods} remains vested in Timepiece Bank, risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.

Article 12. Liability 

12.1     Timepiece Bank shall under no circumstances and in no way be held liable for damages of any kind that may result from improper use of products sold.

12.2     The responsibility of Timepiece Bank will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order.

12.3     Timepiece Bank cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions that may occur despite all precautions taken in presenting the products. In particular, the photos on the site are provided for information purposes. In any case, it is not possible to invoke a discrepancy compared to the photos available on the site.

12.4     This site contains links to other websites. Timepiece Bank cannot be held responsible for the current or future content of these sites nor for the content of external sites that contain links to the Bank Timepiece site.

Article 13. Packaging 

13.1     In accordance to French law we're required to publish our French packaging identity number, which is FR350401_01MLZI (Emballages ménagers auprès de l'ADEME).

13.2     In accordance to German law we're required to publish our German packaging identity number, which is DE3294130622907 (Duales System Interseroh+).

Article 14. Disputes

14.1     All contracts or agreements formed between customer and Timepiece Bank by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to Belgian law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts.


 “The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. This period starts when the ordered goods have been delivered. The customer must prove that the goods were returned on time (no later than 14 days after delivery). The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. Return of goods must be done in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used or damaged in any way, the right to terminate under this paragraph is expired. On top of that, a possible refund is always subject to a restocking fee to be calculated based on product status report of our watchmakers, which may take up to 5 working days to be produced (on FIFO).

Timepiece Bank confirms the cancellation of the sale after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, and ensures that within 14 days after receipt of the complete return, the full purchase price is fully repaid, free of charge, to the customer.”
