How will my watch be shipped?

Your watch will be shipped by insured shipping. This means the full purchase value of the watch will be insured from our door to your door. As the watch is delivered at your door, the shipper will ask you to sign for reception.

We mainly use FerrariMalca-Amit, or Brinks for your insured shipping. These are companies that are specialised in shipping valuable goods. They ship further with Fedex or DHL. The day of the shipping we will send you the shipper’s tracking code by email, so you can follow your parcel online and possibly give delivery instructions to your local Fedex or DHL agent.

How much does it cost to ship my watch?

The cost of the shipping is not included in the watch price. This cost varies depending on the value of your purchase and the country where we have to send it to. In general, the insured shipping charge is always higher if we have to ship outside of Europe rather than inside Europe, because when going outside  of Europe, the parcel will have to pass by customs for export, which has a cost related to it. Within Europe the parcel doesn’t pass customs.
To give a general guideline, here is an overview of the groups of countries and prices per watch value and per group:

Who pays for the shipping of my watch?

The cost of the shipping is not included in the watch price. It is to be added to the agreed watch price and varies depending on the value of your purchase and the country where it needs to be shipped to. For more details, see under “What does it cost to ship my watch?”.

Is the shipping insured?

Your shipment is fully insured for loss, damage or theft from when it leaves our door to when it reaches your door and you sign for good reception. 

When will my watch be shipped?

Your watch will be shipped within 2-6 working days after payment reception.


Do I have warranty claims when purchasing a watch from Timepiece Bank?

Yes, every new watch bought from TimePieceBank comes with a 2 (for some brands 3 or 5) year international brand warranty.

Which warranty services are included?

If any defects occur that are within the warranty scope, repair and maintenance will be covered.

What do I have to do in case of a guarantee claim?

Bring your watch and its warranty card and/or booklet to any dealer of the brand worldwide. They will be obliged to assist you further.

How do I find the perfect watch for me?

If you are looking for a specific brand, select BROWSE OUR STOCK on the navigation menu and select your preferred brand in the column on the left by ticking the box next to the brand name.
Our team is available via phone and email to assist you if you need professional support or any advice concerning choosing the perfect watch for yourself.

What do I find on the product details webpage?

On the product details webpage you can find various product images. Here, you can view the watch from different perspectives and angles. Also the year, condition and accessories of the watch are listed. Additionaly, you will find further details, such as diameter (size), movement, material, wristband details and dial types.  

How do I place an order?

As soon as you have chosen a watch, you can put it in the shopping cart by clicking "add to shopping cart". The items in your shopping cart will be put on hold for you after you have completed the order process. After clicking "add to shopping cart', you will be asked to register with an existing e-mail address. After this step, you will be able to pay via bank transfer (on the website of your homebanking system) or via the integrated online banking system on our website. Shortly after submitting your purchase order you will receive a confirmation email stating your individual order number and, if applicable, further information regarding the payment details and information about next steps.



Your order will be processed immediately after we receive the payment. Please be sure to include your order number when making the transaction.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2 - 4 days for the payment to arrive. Your watch will be reserved for you during this period (up to a maximum of 7 days) and shipped immediately after payment check outs. 

Are there any hidden costs?

No, with Timepiece Bank you have no hidden costs.

Do you deliver internationally?

Timepiece Bank ships internationally. However, we currently only accept bank transfers as payment.


The customer has the right to terminate the contract within a period of 14 days, unless agreed otherwise. This period starts when the ordered goods have been delivered. The customer must prove that the goods were returned on time (no later than 14 days after delivery). The return of the delivered goods is entirely at the expense and risk of the customer. Return of goods must be done in original packaging (including accessories and documentation) and in new condition. If the goods have been used or damaged in any way, the right to terminate under this paragraph is expired. On top of that, a possible refund is always subject to a restocking fee to be calculated based on product status report of our watchmakers, which may take up to 5 working days to be produced (on FIFO).
